Medford's Annual
The Annual Apple Festival returns each year to historic Kirby’s Mill in Medford for a day filled with fall flavors and community fun. Hosted by the Medford Historical Society and presented by ShopRite of Medford, the festival welcomes thousands of visitors to enjoy 120+ handmade crafters, delicious food, fresh apple cider, baked goods, famous apple butter, signature apple cider donuts made on-site, and specialty apple ice cream. Live music throughout the day makes this a memorable event for all ages.

Last year’s Apple Festival was another wonderful success at historic Kirby’s Mill in Medford.
Presented by ShopRite of Medford, the 46th Annual event welcomed thousands of visitors — rain and all — who spent the day exploring more than 120 talented crafters, enjoying delicious food, fresh apple cider, baked goods, famous apple butter, signature apple cider donuts made on-site, and specialty apple ice cream. Live music filled the grounds throughout the day, creating a festive atmosphere for families & friends.

With something for every interest and budget, the festival once again proved to be a favorite Medford tradition and a perfect start to the holiday shopping season.
